Over 30 years in senior management positions has given me considerable experience and skills, to draw upon - and value add - to project formulation.
I have taken the big wins gained in the public service and established the Compass Project Consultancy to help others.
My aim is to provide expert writing, consultancy and project management services; and source funds and awards for community and business clients.

Project managing the funding, feasibility studies and establishment of the Golden Quest Discovery Trail; and securing $1.2 million in grant funding.

Development of Tourism WA’s Destination Development Strategies – an action plan approach, for the five tourism regions within Western Australia.

Over three decades, I have negotiated the Grants and Funding environment throughout Australia. This has involved navigating the hundreds of grants offered across Commonwealth, State, Territory and Local government spheres, as well as numerous community grant programs.
